Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to modify or cancel your service request. However, as a service-based business, we invest considerable time and resources in planning and executing your campaigns.
- Project-Based Services:
- Cancellations are not accepted once work has commenced on a project.
- If you wish to cancel before work has begun, please notify us at Info@growthescalators.com within 24 hours of payment, and we will review your request.
- Monthly Retainer Services:
- For services billed monthly (SEO, social media management, etc.), you may cancel your retainer by providing 15 days’ written notice before the renewal date.
- If notice is not provided within the timeframe, the upcoming billing cycle will proceed, and cancellation will take effect in the following cycle.
- Training and Consulting Sessions:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session will be eligible for rescheduling.
- No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
Refund Policy
As a digital service provider, we do not offer refunds on payments once the services have been initiated, delivered, or a project plan has been shared, except in the following circumstances:
- A double payment was made due to a technical glitch.
- Payment was made in error for a service not availed, and no work has commenced.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Services
Please note, we do not offer refunds for:
Digital marketing campaigns already executed or in progress.
SEO or social media management work already completed or in progress.
Hours spent on research, strategy, or consultation calls.
Third-party expenses (advertising spend on platforms, software subscriptions, etc.) made on your behalf.
Delays in project timelines caused by client non-responsiveness or delayed feedback.
