Order Processing
- All orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM IST).
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
- For digital products, download links or access credentials will be shared within 5-30 minutes, or up to 24 hours during high volume periods.
- For physical products, orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Payment Policy
We accept payments via secure payment gateways including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. All payments must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.
Please ensure your billing and contact details are accurate to prevent delays in processing your order.
Digital Products Delivery
For e-books, templates, courses, and other digital products:

✅ If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then email us at Info@growthescalators.com.
Shipping Policy (Physical Products)
For physical products (merch or printed materials):
- We currently ship within India.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Delivery timelines are 5-10 business days depending on your location.
- GrowthEscalators is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Orders for digital products cannot be modified or cancelled once placed, as access is provided immediately or work begins on customizations.
- Orders for physical products can only be modified within 2 hours of placing the order. Please email Info@growthescalators.com immediately with your order number.
Returns & Refunds
- Digital products are non-refundable due to their intangible nature.
- For physical products:
- We accept returns only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with images/video of the damaged item and the unboxing process for verification.
- Approved returns will be eligible for replacement or store credit only.

Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
